HTTP Cookies

'HTTP Cookies' (also known as 'Cookies') are sometimes sent by websites and are stored on your Computer. They usually used to store information about your preferences when using the website.

There has been some concern about 'Cookies' and Privacy as they can be used for tracking web sites you might visit or they might hold erroneous information about you. Hence they have been the subject of some legislation.

Most modern browsers offer the user a choice of whether to accept some or all cookies. Many websites, particularly Banking or Shopping web sites, do not function properly if their cookies are blocked.

This web site uses a cookie to remember your preference for how the web site is displayed between visits (default display or text only display - see top left of page). No personal data is stored in the cookie. This is done purely purely as a convienience to you and the website will function perfectly if its blocked.

Personal Data

If you send us an email using the contact form we ask for your name, email address and telphone number so that we can contact you if we need to. We do not store this information anywhere and of course we don't give it to anybody.

Business Data

Information submitted using using the enquiry form is stored in a database so that we may more efficiently handle this any subsequent communication about your interests and requirements. All data is periodically deleted and we do not give it to anybody else.

Our Mailing List

If you opt to join our mailing list your name and email address will stored by the provider we use to mail out our newsletters. They ensure that all subscriber information and reports remain private and confidential. You can remove your details from their records immediately by completing the the unsubscribe form or using the 'unsubscribe' link contained in every newsletter we send out.
