Website Support

We provide free technical support for all website, hosting and email services that are supplied by Alpha State. We can be reached by telephone (01424 755 844) or email during normal office hours. Our email is periodically checked evenings and weekends.

We strive to help our client's business flourish through their website and are always happy to review how it is performing and ways it might be developed.

In many cases we will have put some kind of Content Management System (CMS) in place which will allow clients to update the content on their website as frequently as they wish without our involvement. Clients with a CMS typically opt for support on an ad-hoc basis where support and development is charged at our hourly rate.

If it is known that we will be required to provide regular maintenance work it can be cheaper to establish a time limited contract with a set-fee.

As websites mature additional functionality or design services are sometimes required and we will provide a quote for such work on a case by case basis.

Our standard hourly rate is £40.00 ex VAT per hour. This applies to work carried out on websites and marketing such as pay per click campaign management.
